The packaging looked nice overall, but one corner of the box was a little crushed when it arrived. Nothing too serious, but I was also expecting the instructions inside to be a bit clearer and easier to follow.

I have combination skin, and a lot of creams end up making my forehead oily by lunchtime. This biotherm one feels really light, but it still gives my cheeks enough moisture, which is kinda exactly what I needed. I haven’t had any breakouts so far either, and that’s rare for me. Shipping was fine, and the site was easy enough to use. Really happy with it, 5 stars from me.

I really wanted to like this, but it just didn’t hydrate my skin enough. It felt nice for the first hour or so, then my face started feeling dry again. I even reached out to support and they basically said something like, “Try using a little more or layering it with another moisturizer,” which was polite, but kind of made me feel like the product wasn’t doing enough on its own. For the price, it just wasn’t worth it for me.

I tried using the promo code, but it didn’t work again. It’s not the biggest deal, but it does make the discounts feel a little misleading. I guess it just reminded me to double-check offers before getting too excited about them.

I picked up this gift set for my sister, it turned out to be such a nice choice. The box looked really and felt sturdy, the products were a good size, and everything arrived perfectly with no leaks or mess. She was so happy when she opened it, which made me even happier. It just felt good to give her something that actually made her smile.

I returned my order and, i wasn’t totally sure how the whole refund process was supposed to go, but it ended up being simple. The money came back quicker than I expected, so no real complaints

I do like the loyalty points since I got a small discount on my next order, and using them was simple. The only thing is, right after I paid I wasn’t totally sure everything went through properly, so I felt a bit suspicious until I got the confirmation. Overall, the rewards program is still nice.

I’ve been using Biotherm for a bit now , and what I like most is that the ingredients feel gentle on my skin . My face doesn’t feel stripped or tight afterward , which is a big plus for me .

I’m giving it 4 stars mainly because a few products still have fragrance , and I’d prefer less of that . The quality feels solid overall though , and I’d probably buy it again .
